The project
Arriving at our place without seeing cars first. In front of the entrance, the parking therefore sits behind a hedge; the pool and its deck follow the axis of the building, and a long low wall of weathered steel holds back the planted bank. What we design for you, we apply to ourselves first.
The pool and its deck sit below the terrace, on the axis of the building. A long low wall of weathered steel holds the bank and doubles as a bench. The parking spaces are moved behind a hedge. Planted beds enclose the site on three sides.
The steel wall follows the curve of the bank instead of cutting it square.
You do not design other people’s outdoors without having designed your own.
